This Christmas the changes and uncertainties we are experiencing have created anxiety for so many of us. Mindfulness can be a really useful tool to help us to manage these feelings. It can begin to help us to put a distance between ourselves and our emotions. So, when challenging or negative thoughts do arise, we get better at witnessing them rather than attaching to them.
The meditation I have chosen this week is about bringing a sense of strength, calm and wisdom into your life. This 11 minute meditation focuses on the stability and permanence of a beautiful mountain.
