Loving kindness meditation may be the answer.
Research has shown that regular practice of a Loving Kindness Meditation can lower stress levels and reduce inflammation in the body. It also encourages us to become more compassionate and it can make it more difficult for our feelings of anger to grow. I have recorded a 7 minute meditation which is attached below. For the greatest benefits to be experienced it's recommended that this practice of loving kindness is done daily over an 8 week period. I hope you enjoy it.
